If your eligible purchase includes multiple items, this timeframe will apply based on when each item is collected by or delivered to you.

The Airpoints Dollars™ I earned at Smiths City aren’t showing in my Airpoints™ account. What do I do?

First, double-check the date of your purchase. We’ll load any standard Airpoints Dollars™ you earn at Smiths City onto your Airpoints™ account within 7 working days of your eligible purchase(s) being paid for in full AND collected by or delivered to you. If your eligible purchase includes multiple items, this timeframe will apply based on when each item is collected by or delivered to you.

We'll load any bonus Airpoints Dollars you earn at Smiths City onto your Airpoints account within 14 working days of the eligible items in your eligible purchase being collected by or delivered to you.

If it’s been less than these timeframes, hold tight. If that time has passed and your Airpoints Dollars™ still aren’t showing in your account, get in touch with our Customer Support team. Are there any products or services that I won’t earn Airpoints Dollars™ on at Smiths City?

Airpoints Dollars™ can’t be earned when you purchase a Smiths City gift card. Instead, you can earn Airpoints Dollars™ when you use a Smiths City gift card to make purchases of goods or services. Mobile phone top-ups and mobile phone plans are also ineligible for earning Airpoints Dollars.

When do Airpoints Dollars™ expire?

Your Airpoints Dollars™ will remain valid for four years from the date they were accrued to your Account. Following four years from accrual, the Airpoints Dollars™ will expire and be removed from your Account on the anniversary of the day you joined the Airpoints™ Programme. Can I spend my Airpoints Dollars™ at Smiths City?

The ability to spend Airpoints Dollars™ on products or services is not currently available at Smiths City.

What happens when I return the purchase that I earned Airpoints™ for?

If a purchase is refunded or dishonoured for any reason, any Airpoints Dollars™ earned from that purchase will be deducted from the Airpoints™ account that earned the Airpoints Dollars™ at the time of purchase.
